From Armenia to the World’s Top Universities
“Inecobank by Your Side: A Future with Greater Opportunities.” As part of our CSR initiative, we are launching its largest component - the “30Master” project.
Providing up to AMD 40,000,000 per student, connecting them with Top 5 - 500 universities worldwide, and empowering 30 specialists and future leaders.
The goal is clear: to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based, technology-driven society in the Republic of Armenia
*The “30Master” project is based exclusively on the Bank’s own vision and strategy. All conditions, eligibility criteria, and selection processes are administered solely at the Bank’s discretion, regardless of any other state or international project priorities.
Students can apply for funding to pursue their master’s degree at the world’s Top 5 universities, as well as at leading global institutions ranked in the Top 50 - 500 by the Shanghai and QS rankings - across high-impact specializations selected by the Bank (compatibility of specializations is subject to the Bank’s discretion).

The specializations included in the program are regarded by the Bank as not only globally in demand, but also essential pillars for Armenia’s long-term development.
When can you apply for the program?
Within this one-year period, 30 specialists who have already been admitted to Top 5 - 500 universities abroad will be selected to receive Bank-funded support for their master’s tuition fees. In certain cases, they will be funded for both tuition and accommodation fees of up to AMD 40,000,000 per person. Accommodation alone cannot be funded.
The selection process for specialists has begun since November, 2025.
*Applications will remain open for approximately one year, considering that the start dates of master’s programs may vary depending on the academic calendars of foreign universities.
Who is the program intended for?
The program is designed for students, graduates, and experienced professionals who have a clear plan to return home after receiving a world-class education, apply their expertise to the development of the Republic of Armenia, demonstrate leadership and responsibility, and have the potential to become architects of a knowledge-based economy
Only candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for the educational funding program
Applicants must have an official letter of acceptance to their Master’s program from one of the universities on the program’s approved list at the time of application.
2. Specialization and university match based on the Bank’s list
The program provides funding only for the specializations and universities pre-defined by the Bank (see list above).
3. Primary residence: Armenia
Applicants must reside in Armenia and hold Armenian citizenship or permanent residency.
4. For applicants already studying abroad
Applicants who are currently studying abroad but previously lived in Armenia, and who wish to apply for funding for the following year of their studies, are eligible. It is essential that they have at least one full academic year of studies remaining and intend to return to Armenia after completing their education.
Being abroad is not a barrier in this case. However, applicants who were born and have long resided abroad, are currently enrolled at an international university, and do not plan to build their future in Armenia, are not eligible for the program.
