For the educational component of the “Inecobank by Your Side” initiative, the Bank has allocated over AMD 1 billion in its 2025 budget to foster the educational potential of young people and support the development of experienced professionals.

We believe that Armenia’s power lies in the knowledge, skills, and leadership potential of its youth and professionals. Through the “30Master” program, we not only provide opportunities to study at the world’s leading universities but also cultivate a community of future leaders who will return to apply their knowledge in advancing the country’s development.

Our goal is straightforward yet ambitious: to enhance Armenia’s and its labor market’s competitiveness through education, strengthen the economy, and drive national progress.
