After careful consideration and evaluation of our banking services, we regret to inform you that effective 15/12/2023 "Inecobank" CJSC (hereinafter- the Bank) will no longer be servicing MAESTRO payment cards.
As you are currently using a MAESTRO payment card, please note the following changes:
- Your card will be closed on 15/12/2023 by the Bank,
- Any automatic payments or subscriptions linked to your card will need to be updated with an alternative payment card before the closure date,
- In case of positive balance on your card account, you are requested to manage the balance by card closure date; otherwise, the balance will be automatically transferred to your current bank account on card closure date.
- You are requested to securely dispose the card after closure date; otherwise, you shall be obliged to pay the Bank for the costs incurred as a result of the card transactions with no authorization made after the card account closure.
We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption in your banking experience.
If you do not have another payment card at the Bank, explore payment cards offered by the Bank and order the most suitable one for you via InecoMobile application.
