Training Stages

Individual Training Program

Depending on the professional field of the junior specialist, we develop an individual training program for future specialization.

Training Process

The first two months of the Training period, the beginner specialist visits various departments and branches of the Bank, learns the Bank’s corporate culture, gains the necessary knowledge for the position, and participates in online self-education sessions at InecoLab. Thus, he/she gains experience not only through self-education but also has the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from the leading specialists of the Bank.

Ongoing Supervision

The whole training process of the junior specialist is supervised by the relevant subdivisions of the Bank to ensure the best quality and result.

Preliminary Knowledge Examination

During the trainings, the junior specialist participates in skills and professional testings aidmed at checking the acquired skills and knowledge before the end of the trainign process to ensure better results.

Training Process Summary

In this stage, junior specialists passes the final test and interview. In case of positive results, he/she can be considered as a trained specialist of Inecobank CJSC, and be considered for job opportunities.
