Is this your first job in the banking system? If so, we offer to take a test, consisting solely of mathematical, logical and financial questions. Experienced applicants are also invited to take professional knowledge checking tests. IMPORTANT: don't forget to bring personal identification document for the test. 

After testing we start getting to know each other. We are going to have from two to three meetings to understand your personality, world outlook,  the system of values and their compatibility with Inecobank. We will gladly answer all your questions during the interviews to help in the decision-making process of yours.  

In the last, but very important stage, we are starting your document collection process, during which we kindly ask you to submit a number of documents to help us in our decision-making process.
