Note:

1. In accordance with Decision No. 27-N of the RA Central Bank Council dated 09.02.2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Decision), commissions and fees different from those defined in this document may be set for trade and service points, which may not exceed the limits established by the Decision.
2. The Bank is entitled to conclude an agreement with the client under tariffs and conditions different from those defined in this document, based on the cooperation between the Bank and the Client, the volume of the Client’s transactions, and other justified reasons.
3. The commissions and fees defined in this document are set based on the cost of services provided by the Bank.
4. Commissions subject to VAT include VAT.
