Provision of Banking Services through Remote Banking Systems

The Bank offers InecoOnline, InecoMobile, and other Systems, enabling customers to use banking services and obtain information via the Internet, telephone, SMS, and other communication channels without visiting a Bank branch. These modern and convenient Systems allow customers to view account transactions, submit payment orders, obtain information, exchange currencies, make payments, submit and receive (accept) applications, requests and offers, enter into agreements and other transactions, and perform other financial and non-financial operations made available by the Bank through the relevant System. The types of Systems, their terms of use, and applicable rules are published on the Bank's Website or on other websites, software platforms, or mobile applications designated for the relevant System, and may be amended from time to time.
The Systems are available to Customers who maintain the relevant accounts with the Bank. Provision of a device, username, password, or any other means enabling the Customer to access a System constitutes the conclusion of a System Service Agreement between the Customer and the Bank in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions, the Tariffs, the user guides for the relevant System, the terms and conditions governing the use of the Bank's websites, mobile applications and other software, together with other documents regulating the relationship between the Customer and the Bank, form an integral part of the System Service Agreement.
The Parties acknowledge that entry of the username, password, or other authentication credentials required to access a System constitutes sufficient identification of the Customer by the Bank and serves as the basis for providing banking services through the Systems.
The Parties acknowledge that, following Customer identification, the password used by the Customer to access the System has the same legal effect as the Customer's handwritten signature on paper. All applications, requests, agreements, and other electronic documents submitted by the Customer through the System after logging in shall be deemed duly signed by the Customer. The exchange of information through the InecoOnline System is deemed equivalent to exchanging documents in person at the Bank's premises.
The Customer is obliged to keep the password and all other authentication credentials strictly confidential and to exercise due care when using the Systems in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of information by third parties. The Bank shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Customer as a result of such information being disclosed to third parties.
For the use of InecoOnline, InecoMobile, and other Systems, the Bank may provide software, security keys, chips, tokens, or other devices intended to ensure secure access to the Systems. Such devices remain the property of the Bank and must be used in accordance with the Bank's requirements. In the event of loss or damage to such a device, the Customer must notify the Bank immediately. The Bank may require the immediate return of the provided devices, replace them, or establish special terms and conditions for their use.
The Bank uses modern and reliable security measures to ensure the secure transmission of data through the Systems. Nevertheless, the Customer uses the Systems at their own risk, and the Bank shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, disclosure of Customer information, or any other losses or damages arising from the use of the Systems.
The Systems are provided under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of access and enable only those operations that are available at that time. The Customer acknowledges that, depending on the rules and technical capabilities of payment systems, certain information relating to card accounts, other accounts, or transactions may appear or be updated in the System at a later time. The range of services and specific functionalities available to Customers may also be limited by the Customer's hardware, technical capabilities, connection quality, the Bank's maintenance activities, or other factors. The Bank may expand or reduce the scope of operations available through the Systems or suspend or discontinue access to a System, including termination of the System Service Agreement, for maintenance or other reasons.
The Bank may notify the Customer electronically of the results of reviewing applications submitted through the Systems, as well as other transactions, including by posting information within the relevant section of the System's website or mobile application, by email, SMS, push notifications, or other communication methods. Records of transactions performed through the Systems are stored on the Bank's servers and shall serve as evidence for the resolution of disputes.
The Bank has the right to establish transaction limits for operations performed through the Systems and may carry out additional identity verification when executing Customer instructions by requesting additional voice or other forms of confirmation. The Bank may suspend or terminate the Customer's access to the Systems in the event of non-payment of fees established by the Tariffs or other applicable documents, violation of these General Terms and Conditions, or where the Bank has doubts regarding the Customer's identity.
Termination of the System Service Agreement shall not amend or terminate any other contractual relationship between the Bank and the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMMUNICATE WITH INECOBANK CJSC THROUGH YOUR PREFERRED CHANNEL, EITHER BY POST OR ELECTRONICALLY. RECEIVING INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY IS THE MOST CONVENIENT OPTION. IT IS AVAILABLE 24/7, ELIMINATES THE RISK OF LOSING PAPER DOCUMENTS, AND ENSURES CONFIDENTIALITY.
For the purposes of customer due diligence as required by the RA Law "On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing", the Bank may request additional documents or other information from the Customer based on the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) principle, as well as ask additional questions during verbal communication with the customer (where such a request is made).
