The Guarantees are provided for the implementation of certain types of work, provision of goods and services or for tender participation of other purpose.
The Guarantees are provided within a week. Fixed and current assets owned by the company or sole entrepreneur can be considered as a pledge. As an additional security the Guarantees of the main shareholders and their related parties may be required.
The Guarantees are provided for up to four months. The estimation of the loan interests is done based on 365-day per annum calculation.
The provision of the Guarantee can be denied by the Bank if by the subjective opinion of the bank the person applying for the Guarantee does not have enough financial, technical, human or other resources for the execution of the requirements stipulated in the agreement.

The bank may make changes and additions to the tariffs of which the Bank informs the Customers by providing that information in the customer service premises. The changes and additions become valid starting from the time specified by the Bank and have no reverse power.
