General information |
Commercial loans are provided by the Bank to its customers for fostering and developing their businesses. The Loans can be used for the acquisition of fixed assets, addition of their current assets and other investments.
The Bank offers five types of commercial loans: “Express loans” , “Micro loans” , “Corporate loans” , “Agricultural loans” and “Credit lines” . The Bank serves both resident and non resident persons and individuals only in the case of “Express loans” and “Micro loans”.
Within the limits of the maximal interest rates and terms stipulated by the present tariffs, the interest rate, term and other conditions of the given loan are determined according to the internal procedures set by the Bank based on the loan type, credit history of the customer, customer’s creditworthiness, credit security and other factors.
The Customer shall have a Bank account in order to receive a loan.
The loans can be provided by the Bank in AMD, USD and EUR. The loan interests are paid in AMD irrespective of the loan currency. The customer carries the risk of foreign currency loans, their repayment as well as the possible unfavorable consequences of foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations in relation to foreign currency deposits.
The credit committee of the Bank or other body, authorized to approve loans according to the internal procedures of the Bank, has the right, within the limits of its authority, to approve loans with more favorable tariffs than the ones presented.
Irrespective of the credit program, within the framework of which the crediting is carried out, the loans secured by cash (for e.g. deposit) are provided by the following interest rate – annual 5 % added to the pledged deposit.
The bank may make alterations and additions to the tariffs of which the Bank informs the Customers by providing that information in the customer servicing areas. The alterations and additions become valid starting from the time specified by the Bank and have no reverse power.
Irrespective of the tariffs stipulated by the Bank the interest rate of a loan (borrowing) can’t be above the double banking rate stipulated by the CB of RA.
