You have the right of receiving the following information about “INECOBANK” CJSC: Copies of information set in section 3 of 20th article and section 2 of 43rd article of the RA Law on “Banks and Banking” as well as information set in article 120, section 1 of 126th article of the RA Law on “Securities Market” (Laws can be found at the official web site of the Bank: http://www.inecobank.am//index.php?page=temp&color=FC9B00&pid=822&parent=0). The bank provides the information within 5 (five) working days after receiving the written request. The written request may be presented on hand to the head office or to any branch, emailed to inecobank@inecobank.am, or mailed to “INECOBANK” CJSC 17 Toumanyan Str., Yerevan 0001. The information is provided in the way as indicated in the request form. If the provision method is not mentioned the information will be provided the same way as received the request.
If the information is requested to be provided paper based 3 AMD will be charged for each printed page. In the case of requesting the information to be delivered by mail the postal sending expenses will be charged. By email information will be provided FREE of CHARGE.
