Recruitment of new employees and selection process is done in the following stages:

Consideration of CVs: The Human Resources Department considers all the received CVs and invites those candidates to the next stage of the competition who have more compliant background to meet the requirements set for the vacancy. The following stage, in accordance with the procedure defined for that particular vacancy, can be an interview or testing. 

Interveiw: The purpose of the interview is to become familiar with the candidates of vacant positions, reveal their professional skills and business qualities and become aware of their professional goals and employment expectations. 

Testing: All candidates of the vacant position pass a test. The purpose of the test is to check the logic, mathematical and professional knowledge of the candidates. 

Final interview: The Candidates having successfully passed the first interview and the test are invited to the final interview and in the event of positive results get a job offer at the bank.
