The decision on distribution of dividends is made at annual general meeting of shareholders. 

• In 2012, according to the results of the 2011 financial year, dividends amounting to 260,345 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders.
• In 2011, according to the results of the 2010 financial year, dividends amounting to 433,897 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders. 

• In 2010, according to the results of the 2009 financial year, dividends amounting to 161,280 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders. 
• According to 2009 financial results shareholder dividends were not distributed. 
• In 2008, according to the results of the 2007 financial year, dividends amounting to 83,431 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders. 
• In 2007, according to the results of the 2006 financial year, dividends amounting to 400,000 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders. 
• In 2006, according to the results of the 2005 financial year, dividends amounting to 700,000 thousand Armenian drams were distributed to the Bank’s shareholders.

The decision on changes of share capital is made at general meeting of shareholders. 

In 2011, 3,463,225,000 Armenian drams of the Bank retained earnings were addressed to supplement the share capital increasing the nominal value per share by 25 000 drams. 

In 2010, 2,077,935,000 Armenian drams of the Bank retained earnings were addressed to supplement the share capital increasing the nominal value per share by 15 000 drams.

Announcement for the Bank Participants

Each participant of INECOBANK CJSC has the right to receive copies of the last Annual Report as well as conclusion of the external auditor according to Section 4 of Article 43 under the Law on “Banks and Banking”.

Each participant possessing 2 percent or more of the allocated voting shares (stocks, interests) has the right of receiving all the information defined in Section 4 and 5 of Article 43 under the Law on “Banks and Banking”.

The Bank provides all the above-mentioned information FREE of CHARGE within three business days after receiving the written request from the participant.
