Customer rights
Dear Customer,
You have the right to get the following information about INECOBANK CJSC:
Copies of information defined in the 3rd section of Article 20 and 2nd section of Article 43 under the RA Law on “Banks and Banking” as well as information defined in the Article 120, 1st section of Article 126 under RA Law on “Securities Market” (Laws are available on the official website of the Bank in the Regulation section).
The Bank provides the information within 5 (five) business days upon receiving a written application.
The written application may be filed in the following ways:
- Personally at the Head Office,
- At any branch, via e-mail: inecobank@inecobank.am,
- Via mail by the following address: "INECOBANK" CJSC, 17 Toumanyan, Yerevan.
The information is provided in the way indicated in the written application and in case of absence of such record it should be provided in the way as the written application is received.
In case of providing paper-based information a fee in amount of AMD 3 will be charged for each printed page. Upon mail delivery, expenses regarding mail delivery are charged as well. Electronic way of information delivery is performed free of charge.

Physical entities can file the claims arising from the transaction made between the company and the Customer to the Financial System Mediator.
